DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Please ensure that you enter FULL and ACCURATE details. We cannot be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided. We do make every attempt to have the order reach the intended recipient.  However, we are not responsible for deliveries made to due to being provided incorrect addresses. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

In the event that no one is present to accept the order at time of delivery, our driver will find a suitable, safe place to leave your order. If such a place is not found, you will be contacted for an alternate address. 

RETURN POLICY

Contact us within 24 Hours of delivery if you're unsatisfied with your flowers.  We do not provide refunds, but we will be able to replace them with a fresh arrangement or plant.  Upon redelivery we'll take the arrangement that didn't satisfy you off your hands so please do not send them to the trash.
